What processes can you choose from?

All of our pricing is based off of the amount of paint, rust and undercoating that we will need to remove. In order to satisfy the requirements of your project, we have numerous processes available.

Chemical Immersion

Chemical Stripping is a process designed to remove paint and other finishes. Through this process we are able to clean the underlying surface thus renewing the metal surface back to its original bare metal state. The application of a water-soluble rust inhibitor is applied during the final processing stage, which if kept dry, will last approximately 2 weeks. 

Media Blasting

Media Blasting is the process of blasting an item with small particles of various abrasive substances at an extremely high velocity in order to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface and also remove surface contaminants. Xpress is unique in the fact we offer both stripping & media blasting in one place. 

Rust Removal

Rust removal is a process designed to remove any surface rust on your metal surfaces. After this process we apply  a water-soluble rust inhibitor. This is applied during the final processing stage, which if kept dry, will last approximately 2 weeks. 

Chemically removing powder coat and liquid paint, media blasting, anodize removal, rust removal, gas tank cleaning, automobile undercoat removal, part de-greasing.
